If travelling by car, as you approach Minehead on the A39, after passing the Dunster turning you will come to a roundabout. Take the right had exit – Seaward Way. Continue along this road, past Tesco and straight on at the mini roundabout by McDonalds, over the railway lines to the next roundabout and take the left exit. Drive along the seafront and as the road bears left towards the town, take the first right into The Esplanade. After about 400 metres turn left into Blenheim Road. Take the first right into Northfield Road and you will find Rosanda House after about 200 metres, on your left. Please park in the driveway leaving space for other vehicles to enter.
If travelling by coach or bus, alight at the parade where you will find taxis, or take the turning opposite WH Smith, which is Blenheim Road. Walk towards the seafront and take the second left turn, which is Northfield Road. This is approximately ½ mile.

I found this old postcard of an even older view of the seafront which does serve to show where Rosanda House is located. I would guess the photo was probably taken the 1970s or 1980s and, apart from anything else, the sea wall and adjoining pavements were completely renewed in 1999!
