We have three flats. All are on the ground floor, are self-contained, and have:

* colour television, clock/radio and hairdrier
* electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and toaster
* electric heater (for when the central heating is not on)
* bathroom with full sized bath and toilet

We are inspected annually and have a Three Star (Self Catering) rating from the English Tourist Board [further details here]

Flat One (sleeps 1-4)

This flat comprises:

* a very large room with sea views, containing lounge suite, dining table and four chairs and a single bed with guest bed under,
* bedroom with twin beds
* kitchen
* bathroom with full size bath

Access to the bathroom/toilet is through the bedroom

Flat Two (sleeps 1-2)

This flat comprises:

* a large room with French window to the garden and patio, containing a double bed, lounge chairs and dining furniture. Kitchen area
* bathroom with full size bath

Flat Three (sleeps 1-2)

This flat comprises:

* a large room with sea views, containing a double bed, arm chairs and a kitchen area with breakfast bar
* bathroom with full size bath
